This is a building located on Bravo Murillo Street, which has an excellent location, especially for visitors staying in Madrid for a period of time, due to its proximity and good connection to the university campus; Plaza de Castilla; the Orense financial district, where the iconic Picasso Tower is located; the Corte Inglés on Paseo de la Castellana, the largest and most complete in Spain; as well as many other shops and shopping centres.
It is a neighbourhood in full development with a lot of commercial offer and an impressive life where tradition and modernity are mixed.
The apartment:
This cosy studio with capacity for up to 4 guests is located on the third floor of the building.
The efficient distribution of the space combines the kitchen, living room and bedroom areas in the same environment, ensuring a functional, warm and very pleasant atmosphere. There is a rest area with a comfortable double bed and a double sofa bed.
The studio also has a full bathroom with a shower and a fully equipped kitchen with utensils and various appliances.
The cot is subject to availability. Please notify us no later than 5 days in advance.
The building is undergoing interior renovation works.

Important: in the case of bookings of 30 nights or more, a seasonal rental contract will need to be signed.
