The Tracia studios are located in the Alcalá Norte area, Alcalá street, just a few meters from the apartment, in addition to being the longest avenue in Madrid, is full of life and has local shops and stores of very popular brands.
The constant development of this area has made it the location of important television production studios, large administrative centers and important companies, as well as being very close to the Alcalá Norte Shopping Center.
Due to its good connection, you can easily go to Ifema and the northern area of Madrid, as well as arriving in just minutes and in a direct line to Gran Vía, Opera, La Latina and other strategic places in Madrid. All this makes it a very interesting place to stay and enjoy your stay in the city.
The studio:
This cozy studio is located on the ground floor of the building and can accommodate four guests.
Its avant-garde character combines modern decoration with a loft-style design, which gives a pleasant personality to the entire accommodation. The lower floor includes the living room and the kitchen, providing comfort and practicality to the space.
The living room has a Smart TV, an elegant dining table and a comfortable sofa bed with capacity for two people. We can also find a toilet.
On the upper floor there is the bathroom with a shower, and the bedroom with a double bed.
The crib is subject to availability. Please advise at least 5 days in advance.

We respect: for the purpose of a good coexistence and respect for neighbors and residents, this apartment is equipped with a 24-hour noise monitoring system. Guests are required to comply with the established rest hours at all times.
The check-in process implies a mandatory online registration of each guest prior to accessing the apartment. It will be essential to have a mobile device and internet on the phone to access the apartment.
