Are you thinking of visiting Madrid and don't want to miss anything? Do you want to be able to visit the most impressive museums, walk through the historic streets of the city, taste the classic tapas in typical restaurants, go for beers in the best bars... and more? For that you have to be there, in the heart of Madrid. And the Santa Ana apartment is the option.
Located in the famous Plaza of the same name, it is the perfect place for those who want to stay in the historic and tourist centre of the city. Although surrounded by the most central metro stations, living in this studio does not require taking the metro. Just a few minutes' walk away are the most prominent museums (Reina Sofía, Prado, Thyssen), the main tourist sites such as Plaza Mayor, Puerta del Sol, the Royal Palace, Gran Vía -where the major cinemas and theatres are also located- and the neighbourhoods with the most lively nightlife and culture such as La Latina.
Just open the portal, go out onto the street and Madrid is there!
The apartment
Choosing this apartment is like having the best seat in the house. As if it weren't enough to be in one of the best places to get to know Madrid, the Santa Ana VIII also has two huge windows that overlook the famous Plaza of the same name. One could spend hours just looking... everything happens in that Plaza: bars, restaurants, shops, visitors, an obligatory stop for any tourist.
In addition, the windows completely illuminate this 30m2 studio which, together with its fine and simple decoration and light colours, create a spacious and warm atmosphere.
This apartment has a double bed, a kitchen -ceramic hob and fully equipped- and a very modern and stylishly designed bathroom, in addition to providing all the necessary comforts and practicality. Located on the third floor, without a lift.
The cot is subject to availability. Please notify us no later than 5 days in advance.
Air conditioning in all rooms of the apartment.
There will be works on the fourth floor of the building unrelated to MIT House. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause. Thank you for your understanding.
Important: in the case of bookings of 30 nights or more, a seasonal rental contract will need to be signed.
Respect: In order to ensure good coexistence and respect for the neighbours and residents, this apartment is equipped with a 24-hour noise monitoring system. Guests are required to comply with the established rest hours at all times.
The check-in process involves mandatory online registration of each guest prior to accessing the apartment. It will be essential to have a mobile device and internet on the phone to access the apartment.
Please contact our team 48 hours before your arrival and follow the instructions provided to you at all times. Mit House is not responsible for any delay in entering the apartment for not having carried out this prior process.
Access to the apartment: this apartment is located within the area called MADRID CENTRAL with restricted access for road traffic. Please note that to access the apartment by private vehicle you must have the corresponding homologation from the municipal Traffic Management Directorate (DGT). Otherwise, you can only access the apartment on foot, or by public transport, taxi or VTC. Mit House is not responsible for any municipal fines in this regard.
