Located on a Plaza of the same name, the Santa Ana Boutique VII apartment could not be in a better location... next to Calle Alcalá, Puerta del Sol, Plaza Mayor, only ten minutres from the Prado Museum and the "Paaseo de Recoletos".... getting to know Madrid from this apartment will prove an easy task....
Right on the Plaza Santa Ana the guest can enjoy an aperitif or a snak at any time as it is full of cafes, bars and restaurants for the guest to choose from.
Everything is within walking distance, simply strolling around the guest will be able to visit such places as the Palacio Real, to famous museums like El Reina Sofia and can also make their way to the "Rastro" market on Sundays and holidays....

This very cute apartment, in the heart of Madrid, allows the guest to wake up and open the windows of the balcony and survey all that is going on in Plaza Santa Ana...
This apartment is ideal for one or a couple visiting Madrid. It has lots of charm and is full of natural light with all the mod cons such as double bed, AC, vitroceramic cooker as well as a small but very nice bathroom.... please note, there is no washing machine in this apartment, however, there is a luandrette not far from the apartment and the building has laundry service....
The decor is tasteful and very well done, mixing the old elements such as the exposed bricks with the new modern furniture, a blend that works very well and makes sure the guest feels right at home from the moment they walk into this great apartment...
The apartament is 25m2.
The crib is subject to availability. Please advise at least 5 days in advance.
Air conditioning in all rooms of the apartment.
Work will be carried out on the fourth floor of the building outside of MIT House. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. Thank you for your understanding.

Por ejemplo el interruptor de luz de la segunda planta no funciona, los famosos 69 ESCALONES de acceso a la tercera planta se notan y o no leí por ningún sitio o me lo salte en las condiciones y se echa de menos un ascensor.
