A neighborhood originally popular that in recent years is being highly demanded by young people thanks to an interesting real estate offer, leisure, hospitality culture and good atmosphere. Very close to one of the most important study centers in the city, IE, which is attended by Master's students from all over the world. A residential area with everything within reach and safe. A very short distance from the Barrio de Salamanca or Chamartín.

The wonderful studio is located on the lower ground floor level of the building and has capacity for four people.

During the day, guests can avail of a living/dining room with a sofa, a writing desk and a lovely table for four people. At night time, the studio apartment turns into a comfortable sleeping area with a double bed and two folding beds.
The open-plan kitchen has all the electrical appliances and utensils you’ll need for your stay.
The bathroom is modern and has a large shower with thermostatic control and heated towel rail.
This studio apartment has a private covered patio with retractable roof equipped with a table for four people.
