The RUBIK apartments are located in the Alcalá Norte area, close to the intersection of Calle Alcalá with Calle Arturo Soria, an originally popular neighborhood in Madrid known as Pueblo Nuevo that has increasingly adapted to the times with new constructions of housing for younger people looking for areas well connected to the city center and their workplaces. Calle Alcalá, just a few meters from the apartment, in addition to being the longest avenue in Madrid, is full of life and has local shops and stores of very popular brands.
The constant development of this area has made it the location of important television production studios, large administrative centers and important companies, as well as being very close to the Alcalá Norte commercial center. Due to its good connection, you can easily go to Ifema and the north of Madrid, in addition to arriving in just minutes and in a direct line to Gran Vía, Opera, La Latina and other strategic places in Madrid. All this makes it a very interesting place to stay and enjoy your stay in the city at a good price for short stays and for months.

Located on the 5th floor of this building with elevator, an apartment of 25 square meters and capacity for 3 people distributed in a multifunctional open space. The main room is very spacious and gives a pleasant feeling of comfort. Several rooms are combined there: a kitchen fully equipped with everything you need and with an attractive central high table, a large armchair to sit on, a single sofa-bed, and a rest area with a very comfortable double bed and a SmartTV where you can connect your Netflix, HBO, Spotify and etc accounts. The apartment is very bright thanks to its large window that covers the entire wall. The apartment also has a fully equipped bathroom with a shower.
The apartment is equipped with air conditioning in all rooms to be perfect on the hottest days.
The kitchen has a microwave-oven.
The crib is subject to availability. Please advise at least 5 days in advance.
