This great studio apartment is located in an area known as "el Paseo del Prado". This area includes such famous sites as the "Plaza de la Cibeles" and the very well known "Parque del Retiro". Considered to be the heart of the city, this area is famous for it's very grandiose, french style gardens with unique tree varieties which were originally created by Carlos III. Within the mentioned boundaries the visitor will also find two of the worlds most famous museums, "El Prado" and "Museo Thyssen" alongside the famous Botanical Gardens, dating from the 18th century, which hold over 30.000 plant varieties..

The sleeping area has been made to one side of the apartment, with sufficient space between the bed with an independant blind, which allows for privacy, and the dining/living area that the bedroom-area feels slightly seperate..
