The check-in process implies a mandatory online registration of each guest, prior to accessing the apartment. The keys to the apartment will be handed over directly to our offices at Calle Augusto Figueroa 4, between 3:00 p.m. and 7:00 p.m.
If you arrive after 7:00 p.m., remember to call at least 30 minutes in advance to make sure that someone is available to receive you directly at the apartment for the key delivery.
Important: all check-ins to be carried out between 9:00 p.m. and 02:00 a.m. have an additional cost of €50 to be paid in cash to the person who receives them in the apartment.
Please contact our team 48 hours before your arrival and carefully follow the instructions made available to you at all times. MIT House is not responsible for any delay in entering the apartment due to not having carried out said prior process.
Access to the apartment: this apartment is located within the Area called CENTRAL MADRID with restricted access to road traffic. Keep in mind that, to access the apartment in a private vehicle, you must have the corresponding approval from the General Directorate of Municipal Traffic (DGT). Otherwise you can only access the apartment on foot, or by public transport, taxi or VTC. Mit House is not responsible for any municipal sanction in this regard.
