It is a neighbourhood in complete development with an impressive commercial offering and life where tradition and modernity are mixed. Opposite is the well-known Maravillas market, one of the largest food markets in Europe where you can find the city's best chefs buying their products. An excellent location for students, executives, and tourists.

It has a beautiful bedroom with a very comfortable double bed, a cosy living room with a double sofa bed, a modern and fully equipped kitchen and 1 bathroom with an en-suite shower.

The apartment has a microwave with grill functionality.
The apartment has air conditioning for cold/heat in all rooms.
