Located in the area of four roads belonging to the district of Tetuan. A popular and multicultural residential neighborhood in the north of the city with a lot of tradition. In a building located next to Bravo Murillo or Reina Victoria streets, which has a great location especially for those visitors to Madrid for seasons, due to its proximity and good communication with the university city, Plaza de Castilla or the financial district of Madrid. Orense, where the Torre Picasso is located, an emblematic skyscraper in the city, or the Corte Inglés de la Castellana, the largest and most complete in Spain, also surrounded by the most important shops and shopping centres. It is a neighborhood in complete development with a commercial offer and an impressive life in which tradition and modernity are mixed. Opposite is the well-known Maravillas market, one of the largest food markets in Europe where you can find the best chefs in the city buying their products. An excellent location for students, executives, and also tourists.

This apartment is located on the second floor of the building, with an area of 55 m², it has the perfect capacity for 6 people.
It has two bedrooms, both with a very comfortable double bed, a bright and cozy living room with a double sofa bed, a modern and fully equipped kitchen and 2 bathrooms with a shower.
The apartment has hot/cold air conditioning in all rooms.
Apartment information of interest:
This apartment does not have private parking, you can find a public parking a short distance from the apartment.
Any extra equipment such as baby cot or high chair is subject to availability. The guest must contact Mit House for prior confirmation.
The crib is subject to availability. Please advise at least 5 days in advance.

In winter months it is very cold in this flat. In the morning it was only +11 C indoor. When I came back in the evening and set the AC for heating +30 C after a couple of hours the indoor temperature reached +23 C. There are no towel hangers in both see more

No habia casi ninguno de los fungibles basicos para un alquiler de apartamento. Hemos comprado sal, aceite, jabon de platos, especias, friegasuelos y lo hemos dejado en el apartamento (son fungibles que duran mucho tiempo). Esperemos que los siguientsee more
