Orense, where the Torre Picasso is located, an emblematic skyscraper in the city, or the Corte Inglés de la Castellana, the largest and most complete in Spain, also surrounded by the most important shops and shopping centres. It is a neighborhood in complete development with a commercial offer and an impressive life in which tradition and modernity are mixed. Opposite is the well-known Maravillas market, one of the largest food markets in Europe where you can find the best chefs in the city buying their products. An excellent location for students, executives, and also tourists.

It has a beautiful bedroom, with a very comfortable double bed, a cozy living room with a double sofa-bed, a modern and fully equipped kitchen and 1 bathroom with shower en suite.

The apartment has hot/cold air conditioning in all rooms.
