It is a neighbourhood in full development with a commercial offer and an impressive life in which tradition and modernity are mixed. Opposite is the well-known Maravillas market, one of the largest wholesale markets in Europe where you can find the best chefs in the city buying their products. An excellent location for students, executives, and also tourists.
