In a building located next to Bravo Murillo or Reina Victoria Street, which has an excellent location, especially for those visitors displaced to Madrid for seasons, due to its proximity and good communication with the university campus, Plaza de Castilla or the Orense financial district, where the Picasso Tower, the city's iconic skyscraper, or the Corte Inglés on Castellana, the largest and most complete in Spain, are also surrounded by the most important shops and shopping centres. It is a neighbourhood in full development with a commercial offer and an impressive life in which tradition and modernity are mixed. Opposite is the well-known Maravillas market, one of the largest wholesale markets in Europe where you can find the best chefs in the city buying their products. An excellent location for students, executives, and also tourists.

This apartment is located on the first floor of the building, with an area of 55 m², has the perfect capacity for 6 people.
It has two bedrooms, both with a very comfortable double bed, a bright and cosy living room with a double sofa bed, a modern and fully equipped kitchen and 2 bathrooms with showers.
The apartment has air conditioning for heating/cooling in all rooms.

This apartment does not have private parking, you can find public parking a short distance from the apartment.
Any extra equipment such as a cot or high chair for a baby is subject to availability. The guest must contact Mit House for prior confirmation.

The good thing about this apartment is that you can walk to all the city\'s museums and to Atocha station, from which you can travel by train to many parts of Spain. Puerta del Sol and Plaza Mayor are also very close. The apartment is very practical, it is located on the first floor of a building with a lift.
