Opposite is the well-known Mercado de las Maravillas, one of the largest food markets in Europe where you can find the best chefs in the city buying their products. This apartment is located on the ground floor of the building, with an area of 55 m², has the perfect capacity for 5 people.
It has two bedrooms, one with a double bed, and the other with a single bed, and a total of 2 bathrooms with showers.
Upon entering, you can enjoy a tastefully decorated living room, with a comfortable sofa and a nice seating area next to a small dining area, with an open-plan kitchen, fully equipped with all the necessary appliances: ceramic hob, fridge, microwave, oven, freezer, washing machine, crockery/cutlery, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, iron, hairdryer, individual gas boiler, air conditioning throughout the accommodation. The apartment is equipped with WiFi, an excellent choice.
