This neighbourhood has a traditional charm. Its streets are adorned with a varied offer of local shops, neighbourhood stores and specialised establishments.
With its proximity to two major metro stations, and just a few minutes from the Las Ventas bullring and the Avenida de América interchange, the residents of this neighbourhood have quick and easy access to all the attractions and services offered by the Spanish capital. Whether for work, study or exploring the city, the strategic location of this neighbourhood facilitates mobility and maximises the quality of life of its inhabitants.
The apartment:
This charming apartment with capacity for 9 people on Andrés Tamayo Street is on the ground floor of the building and has an independent entrance from the street.
Characterised by an innovative design, it surprises with its aesthetics, comfort and cosiness. Its perfect two-level layout offers an ideal balance between space, comfort and functionality. It has a bright living room thanks to its large windows, which houses a double sofa bed, a single bed and a smart TV.
The open-plan kitchen integrated into this same space and equipped with state-of-the-art appliances facilitates interaction between the different areas of the apartment.
The practical dining room is next to the kitchen, providing a perfect space.
This apartment consists of three comfortable bedrooms with double beds. In addition, the apartment has two full bathrooms with showers and a toilet.
Wifi and air conditioning are available throughout the apartment, a cot is subject to availability, please notify us no later than 5 days in advance.
To be taken into account:
Important: in the case of bookings of 30 nights or more, a seasonal rental contract will need to be signed.
Respect: For good coexistence and respect for neighbours and residents, this apartment has a 24-hour noise monitoring system. Guests must comply with the established rest period at all times.
The check-in process involves mandatory online registration of each guest prior to accessing the apartment. Please note that a late check-in from 21:00 to 02:00 incurs a supplement of 50 EUR that must be paid in cash.
Please contact our team 48 hours before arrival and follow the instructions provided carefully. MIT House is not responsible for any delay in entering the apartment for not having carried out this prior process.
