In this area you will find bars, homemade food restaurants and charming terraces. And if you feel like going for tapas, the nearby Latina neighbourhood will allow you to enjoy the best tapas bars in Madrid!
The apartment:
Spacious and welcoming, the Senator apartment offers a carefully selected range of pastel-toned furniture and a modern and functional decor that will delight any guest who wants to enjoy a charming accommodation in Madrid.
The elegant and spacious living-dining room has a flat-screen TV, DVD player, sound system and original decorative details that add distinction to the atmosphere, such as the zebra-patterned rug or the orange lamp that provides a bright counterpoint to the dining room. The kitchen is large and fully equipped.
The bedrooms, both with double beds and built-in wardrobes, overlook the street and an interior courtyard respectively.
The bathroom has a combined shower and bathtub.
The apartment has free Wi-Fi internet connection.

The check-in process involves a mandatory online registration of each guest prior to accessing the apartment. Check-in from 21:00 to 02:00 incurs a 50 EUR cash supplement.

Please note that in order to access the apartment by private vehicle, you must have the corresponding homologation from the municipal Traffic Management Directorate (DGT). Otherwise, you can only access the apartment on foot, or by public transport, taxi or VTC. Mit House is not responsible for any municipal fines in this regard.
