The location of this apartment is perfect: it is within walking distance of the great museums of Madrid, Plaza de la Cibeles, Parque del Retiro, Puerta del Sol and is very well connected by public transport to other places. of interest to the city.

This extraordinary apartment has a special charm, not only because of the 160 m2 surface area that makes it an accommodation with spacious and cozy spaces, but also because of its exquisite decoration and its great atmosphere. It also has 4 balconies facing the street where you can enjoy a spectacular view of the street.

It has capacity for 6 people distributed in 3 rooms.

Upon entering you enter a very charming kitchen-dining room, characterized by a large dining table and French-style chairs. To the left is the first room, with 2 single beds and a balcony facing the street. A sliding door connects this room with the living room, a large bright space with a sofa, chaise longue and pouf for all guests to rest. The second bedroom has a double sofa bed, while the main bedroom has a double bed and has access to a large dressing room and a spectacular bathroom with a shower and separate bathtub (the bathroom is also accessible from the living room).

From the kitchen there is access to a toilet equipped with a washing machine.

This non-smoking apartment features wonderful hardwood floors and wireless Internet service.

The crib is subject to availability. Please advise at least 5 days in advance.

Respect: In order to ensure good coexistence and respect for neighbors and residents, this apartment is equipped with a 24-hour noise monitoring system. Guests are required to comply with established rest hours at all times.

The check-in process involves a mandatory online registration of each guest, prior to accessing the apartment. The keys to the apartment will be delivered directly to our offices in Calle Augusto Figueroa 4, 3:00 p.m. and 7:00 p.m.

If you arrive after 7:00 p.m., remember to call at least 30 minutes in advance to ensure that someone is available to meet you directly at the apartment to hand over the keys.

Important: all check-ins to be carried out between 9:00 p.m. and 2:00 a.m. have an additional cost of €50 to be paid in cash to the person who receives them at the apartment.

Please contact our team 48 hours before your arrival and carefully follow the instructions made available to you at all times. MIT House is not responsible for any delay in entering the apartment due to not having carried out this prior process.

Access to the apartment: this apartment is located within the Area called MADRID CENTRAL with access restricted to road traffic. Please note that to access the apartment by private vehicle you must have the corresponding approval from the General Directorate of Municipal Traffic (DGT). Otherwise you will only be able to access the apartment on foot, or by public transport, taxi or VTC. Mit House is not responsible for any municipal sanction in this regard.
