Located in the Salamanca district, one of the most sought-after and safe in the center of Madrid, close to most places of tourist interest, in a commercial and leisure area. Close to "the Golden Mile", where you will find the most exclusive shops in Madrid. Ideal to enjoy the city during short or long stays, whether for business or pleasure.
The apartment:
It is located in the basement level (you have to go down 1 floor by stairs) of the building, it has a wonderful patio and has capacity for 7 people.
Designed and equipped to make optimal use of space and offer the utmost in comfort, it is furnished with upmarket furniture throughout.
It has two bedrooms: one with a double bed and en-suite bathroom and the other with two bunk beds, all with 28 cm memory-foam mattresses.
Please note you need to cross the room with the folding beds to get to the main bedroom.
There are folding beds in the living room that turn into a good-sized desk. There is also a single sofa bed for a seventh guest.
The dining area has a table that seats seven people.
The kitchen, in part of the living-dining room, is equipped with all the appliances and utensils you’ll need during your stay.
It has two comfortable modern bathrooms, one en-suite, both with spacious, temperature-controlled showers, 450 litres of hot water and an electric towel heater.
The apartment is fitted with WIFI and air conditioning throughout.
Transport:
Metro: Right by the Avenida de America interchange. América (50 m) – (Lines 4, 6, 7 and 9)
Public car park: Interchange 50 m away (Avenida de América, 11).
The apartment is about 45m2.
The crib is subject to availability. Please advise at least 5 days in advance.

Important: For reservations of 30 nights or more, a mid-term rental agreement must be signed.

La ubicación yo la elegí porque necesitaba ir a un sitio cerca de ahí y me quedó perfecto. Pero no está tan cerca del centro.
El piso está bien, aunque es el sótano. No hay ascensor para el sótano por lo que hay que subir y bajar escaleras con todo see more

El lugar esta muy bien aprovechado, y tiene casi todo lo que puedes necesitar (lavadora no). Creo que es una muy buena opción considerando el precio. |

Me gustaría que mejorara el patio común ya que la telefonía queda ahí y no hay forma de entrar al patio sino pasando por el apartamento y todos los días iba alguien a repararla y pasar una escalera, fueron como 8 veces.
