It has 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with 2 folding bunk beds, all with 28cm viscoelastic mattresses. For guests' comfort, the folding bunk beds become a spacious desk.
To access the main bedroom, it is necessary to go through the room with bunk beds.
The living-dining room has an individual sofa bed for the fifth occupant and a table for 6 diners.
The kitchen, integrated into the living room, has all the necessary appliances and kitchenware for a comfortable stay.
The apartment has 2 modern and comfortable bathrooms, one en suite, both with a large shower with thermostatic control, 160 litres of hot water and electric towel rail.
It also has a patio, for exclusive use, equipped with a large countertop over the washing machine and a table for 4 diners.
The apartment has fibre optic internet and air conditioning in all rooms.
