Description
Located in the Salamanca neighbourhood, one of the safest and most sought after districts in the centre of Madrid, close to the main tourist sights in an area with lots of commercial and leisure options. Right by "La Milla de Oro", where you’ll find the most exclusive shops in the city. Ideal for short or long spells in Madrid for business or pleasure.
It is on the ground floor with a courtyard. It can sleep five.
Designed and equipped to make optimal use of space and offer the utmost in comfort, it is furnished with upmarket furniture throughout.
It has two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two folding beds, all with 28 cm memory-foam mattresses. The highly practical folding beds turn into a good-sized desk.
Please note you need to cross the room with the folding beds to get to the main bedroom.
The living-dining room has a single sofa bed for a fifth guest and a table that seats six.
The kitchen, in part of the living-dining room, is equipped with all the appliances and utensils you’ll need during your stay.
The apartment has two comfortable modern bathrooms, one ensuite and both with spacious, temperature-controlled showers, 350 litres of hot water and an electric towel heater.
The courtyard, exclusively for guests, is fitted out with a large worktop above the washing machine and a table that seats four.
The apartment is fitted with fibre optic internet and air conditioning throughout.
The building has a lift.
Transport:
Metro: Close to Ventas metro station (150 m) – (Lines 2 y 5)
Public car park: 150 m away (Calle Cardenal Belluga, 10)
BiciMAD: Docking station 108 is 600 m away
The apartment is about 45m2.
The crib is subject to availability. Please advise at least 5 days in advance.
