The apartment is on the first floor and can accommodate 8 people. It has been designed and equipped to make efficient use of the spaces and offer maximum comfort. Complete high-end furniture and equipment. It has 2 versatile and cosy bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with 3 beds. The youth room, with modern and versatile furniture, incorporates a bunk bed set and foldable bunk beds that create a large desk.
The living room has a large relaxation area with 2 three-seater sofas, one with a chaise longue. The other is a recliner, with a 50-inch Smart TV. The dining room has a comfortable table for 8 people. The kitchen, integrated into the living room, has all the appliances and complete kitchenware for a comfortable and extended stay.
It has 2 modern and comfortable bathrooms, with large showers and 450 litres of hot water, sufficient supply for 8 simultaneous and consecutive showers. The apartment is equipped with Internet, a building with a lift and a concierge.
NOTE: When entering the building, you have to go down some steps to access the lift. It has Internet and everything you need to enjoy a perfect stay in Madrid.
This apartment does not have private parking. However, you will find a public car park within about 220 metres of the apartment.
The cot is subject to availability. Please notify us no later than 5 days in advance.
The apartment is an interior and accessed by going down some stairs.
There are works being carried out inside the building until the end of this year.
