A residential area of Madrid with a lot of tradition, central and very well connected to any part of the city thanks to its location next to the Príncipe Pio train and commuter station, direct access to the city's ring road, next to major avenues and beautiful green spaces such as Madrid Rio and Parque del Oeste, one of the green lungs of the city and a fantastic place to exercise and go for a walk. This apartment is just a few minutes' walk from the historic centre of the city, Plaza de España, the Royal Palace and the Sabatini Gardens. A safe area with a good atmosphere.

A charming apartment that will make you feel at home. It is located on the fifth floor of a building with a lift and can accommodate up to 6 people, with a double bed, two single beds and a sofa bed.
It has a main bedroom with a comfortable double bed and an en-suite bathroom with a bathtub, and a second bedroom with two single beds. Both bedrooms have built-in wardrobes. The second bathroom with a shower is located in the hallway to serve the second bedroom and the living/dining room.
The apartment has air conditioning and central heating and kitchen utensils.
