The RUBIK apartments are located in the Alcalá Norte area, near the intersection of Calle Alcalá and Calle Arturo Soria, an originally popular Madrid neighbourhood known as Pueblo Nuevo, which has increasingly adapted to the times with new housing developments for younger people looking for well-connected areas close to the city centre and their workplaces. Calle Alcalá, just a few metres from the apartment, is not only Madrid's longest avenue but is also full of life, with local shops and very popular brand stores.
The constant development of this area has made it the location of major television production studios, large administrative centres and important companies, as well as being very close to the Alcalá Norte Shopping Centre. Due to its good connections, you can easily go to Ifema and the northern area of Madrid, as well as reach Gran Vía, Opera, La Latina and other strategic places in Madrid in just a few minutes and directly. All this makes it a very interesting place to stay and enjoy your stay in the city at a good price for short stays and for months.
The Apartment:
Your stay in this apartment will be ideal, as the accommodation is of high quality and has been equipped and decorated with great care and affection.
Located on the 3rd floor of this building with a lift, a 40 square metre apartment with capacity for 4 people, distributed in two bedrooms and a full bathroom with a shower. The magnificent living room has a dining area and a relaxation area with a comfortable and cosy single sofa bed and a SmartTV where you can connect your Netflix, HBO, Spotify and other accounts. The living room is very bright thanks to its wide wall-to-wall window. The kitchen is integrated into the living room and is fully equipped with everything you need.
From the living room corridor you reach the bedroom area. The bedrooms are very elegant and cosy and have built-in wardrobes. One of them has a comfortable double bed with bedside tables and the other has a single bed with a small desk. The bedroom windows have plenty of natural light and overlook the inner courtyard, providing a very quiet and pleasant stay.
The apartment is equipped with air conditioning in all rooms to be perfect on the hottest days.
The cot is subject to availability. Please notify us no later than 5 days in advance.

Important: in the case of bookings of 30 nights or more, a seasonal rental contract will need to be signed.
Respect: In order to ensure good coexistence and respect for the neighbours and residents, this apartment is equipped with a 24-hour noise monitoring system. Guests are required to comply with the established rest hours at all times.
The check-in process involves mandatory online registration of each guest prior to accessing the apartment. It will be essential to have a mobile device and internet on your phone to access the apartment.
