In addition, just a few metres away is the Retiro Park, one of the green lungs of the city and at the same time one of the main tourist attractions in Madrid.
From the apartment, it is really quick and easy to get to other parts of the city thanks to its privileged location from where you can walk or use public transport.
The Apartment:
This charming apartment is located on the first floor of the building and can accommodate up to 4 guests. The comfortable living room has a large sofa, Smart TV and also integrates the dining area, with seating for four.
The beds in this property are distributed in two comfortable bedrooms: one with a double bed and the second with a single bed that can be converted into a double bed, depending on the space required during your stay. The apartment also has a spacious full bathroom with a shower.
The modern and elegant decor with a minimalist and very clean style creates an atmosphere of comfort and well-being perfect for a pleasant stay. Its spacious kitchen is equipped with all the necessary appliances and equipment for an extraordinary stay, as well as a table with two chairs to enjoy this space at any time of the day.
The apartment has air conditioning and heating in all rooms.
The cot is subject to availability. Please notify us no later than 5 days in advance.

Important: in the case of bookings of 30 nights or more, a seasonal rental contract will need to be signed.
Respect: In order to ensure good coexistence and respect for the neighbours and residents, this apartment is equipped with a 24-hour noise monitoring system. Guests are required to comply with the established rest hours at all times.
The check-in process involves mandatory online registration of each guest prior to accessing the apartment. Any check-in from 21:00 to 02:00 will incur a 50 EUR cash supplement.
