Located in the best area of Madrid, Barrio Retiro - Salamanca. It is a central residential area with a lot of charm. In its surroundings, you will find not only one of the most beautiful urban parks in Spain where you can exercise every morning or go for a walk, but it is also an area surrounded by the best and most sought-after bars and restaurants that have become a benchmark in recent times.
From the apartment, and Menéndez Pelayo street that borders the Retiro, or the Ibiza metro just a few meters away, you can access any point of the city in a short time. This apartment is ideal for all types of visitors and is especially recommended for executives or people who need to be in Madrid for a few months.
The Apartment:
Located on the ground floor of the building, this apartment with views of the inner courtyards offers a lot of tranquility and exclusive access to a large terrace patio equipped with outdoor furniture for the private use of the guests.
Please note that to access the apartment, you have to climb a flight of stairs.
It is an apartment with capacity for 6 people distributed in two private rooms with a double bed in one of them and two single beds in the other. A double sofa bed has also been set up in the living room.
Elegantly and warmly decorated, both the furniture and the combination of warm colours inside achieve the desired comfort and cosiness for a pleasant stay.
A full bathroom with bathtub and shower, as well as an independent water system.
The apartment has a central heating system in the building, a fully equipped kitchen with washing machine and dishwasher, and all the necessary equipment.
To keep in mind:
Important: in the case of bookings of 30 nights or more, a seasonal rental contract will need to be signed.
Respect: In order to ensure good coexistence and respect for the neighbours and residents, this apartment is equipped with a 24-hour noise monitoring system. Guests are required to comply with the established rest hours at all times.
The check-in process involves mandatory online registration of each guest prior to accessing the apartment. Check-in from 21:00 to 02:00 carries a 50 EUR cash supplement.
Please contact our team 48 hours before your arrival and follow the instructions provided to you at all times. Mit House is not responsible for any delay in accessing the apartment for not having carried out this prior process.
