This district is home to one of the most beautiful urban parks in Spain – the perfect setting for working out in the morning or enjoying a quiet walk – as well as some of the most iconic, sought-after restaurants in the city.
Guests staying at this apartment can quickly reach any sights in the city either by taking the Avenida Menéndez Pelayo, one of the avenues bordering the Retiro Park, or taking the metro at the close-by Ibiza metro station.
The Retiro VI apartment is a great place to stay for any kind of visitor, especially business men and long-term guests.
The apartment:
Located on the ground floor and affording nice views over the building’s interior courtyard, this apartment offers its guests a quiet environment and access to a large, furnished patio/terrace for private use.
Please note there is a flight of stairs to climb to reach the apartment.
The apartment can sleep up to 6 people: it has a double room, a twin and a comfortable living area with a double sofa bed.
The warm, elegant décor lends the rooms a welcoming atmosphere while creating comfortable, inviting spaces.
The apartment comes with a full bathroom provided with shower and bathtub.
The kitchen is fully equipped and has a washing machine and a dishwasher.
There is central heating in the building.
Air conditioning in the living room and one of the bedrooms.
