Located in the most qualified and high-standing neighbourhood of Madrid, opposite the famous Retiro Park. Despite its residential character, the Retiro district is home to some of Madrid's main monuments and has a wide range of cultural and recreational offerings. Its proximity to the centre of Madrid, as well as the neighbouring Salamanca district, make it an essential place in Madrid. If you are looking for a quiet and central place to stay in Madrid, Retiro is the ideal location.
The Retiro V Apartment:
Stylishness and excellent location are the characteristics that best define this three-storey apartment. On the main floor is the kitchen area, which combines the modern with the functional. It is fully equipped with all appliances such as microwave, dishwasher, washer-dryer, etc. The kitchen is connected to a cosy and bright living room with a plasma TV with the possibility of connecting your Netflix, HBO, Prime accounts. Both bedrooms, located on the upper and lower floors of the main floor, have two very comfortable double beds, and in the living room there is a double sofa bed available for the guest. The great advantage of the apartment is the en-suite bathrooms in both bedrooms.
Decorated with great taste, it is a warm apartment with all the amenities that will make your visit to Madrid something to remember.
It has air conditioning with heating/cooling pump in all rooms.
Apartment information of interest:
This apartment does not have private parking, the nearest public parking is 450 m away at Parking [P] Atocha-Retiro-Madrid - Plaza Reyes Magos.
The apartment is a triplex with direct access from the street and stairs with a fairly steep slope to access the upper and lower floors.
The apartment is equipped with a water tank for hot water and its duration will be linked to the content of the tank, which will need to be recharged once it is finished.
To keep in mind:
Important: in the case of bookings of 30 nights or more, a seasonal rental contract will need to be signed.
Respect: In order to ensure good coexistence and respect for the neighbours and residents, this apartment is equipped with a 24-hour noise monitoring system. Guests are required to comply with the established rest hours at all times.
The check-in process involves mandatory online registration of each guest prior to accessing the apartment. Check-in from 21:00 to 02:00 carries a 50 EUR cash supplement.
