In this area, renowned for its exclusive high-end offering, it has many of the city's best-known restaurants and shops. In addition, you can walk to several of Madrid's most important museums, thus enjoying its cultural heritage.
The Apartment:
This luxurious apartment is located on the first floor of a building with a lift, preceded by a flight of stairs.
The classic French style of the property, with beautiful wooden floors, large balconies onto the street, or high coffered ceilings, has been combined with a warm decor seeking natural materials and soft colours to create a cosy atmosphere. The apartment can accommodate 8 people, distributed in 3 double bedrooms, two with a double bed and one with two single beds, as well as a comfortable double sofa bed in the living room. The bedrooms are oriented towards the inner courtyards and all have a wardrobe, one of them with direct access to the hall through a glass door and privacy that has an en-suite bathroom with a shower. In addition, the apartment has another bathroom that opens onto the hallway. The kitchen, at the end of the hallway, facing the inner courtyard, is fully equipped and has a round table for breakfast, with a dishwasher, washing machine, oven - microwave and other small appliances.
This apartment has Wi-Fi, central heating and air conditioning in two of the bedrooms and in the living room. Undoubtedly, staying in it will make any stay in Madrid an unforgettable experience. It is definitely a cosy place in an excellent area.

The neighbourhood: Comfort, design and quality La Latina is a lively neighbourhood located on the site of a medieval Islamic fortress, a labyrinth of narrow streets with numerous tapas bars and taverns. The Royal Basilica of San Francisco el Grande, with works by Goya, and the Church of San Pedro el Viejo, which has a Mudéjar tower, are two of the landmarks of the neighbourhood. On Sundays, both the El Rastro flea market and the cafes and street food stalls in the area are filled with visitors.
