This high-quality apartment is located in a majestic building, characteristic of the Salamanca and Retiro neighbourhoods, which has a physical concierge and a lift.
Located next to one of the most commercial streets in Madrid, it is a perfect accommodation option for both tourist and corporate visits, as it is also very well connected to any part of the city.
The Retiro III Apartment:
With a capacity for 8 people, this apartment has been selected for the high quality of its finishes, decoration and good layout. The result is a classy and very cosy apartment. The apartment has 3 bedrooms, all with double beds and two bathrooms with a bathtub. All the beds are of good quality for a good night's sleep.
The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen with all the necessary equipment for a very comfortable and perfect stay, and the apartment also has heating, high-speed internet, a dishwasher and a washing machine.
The cot is subject to availability. Please notify us no later than 5 days in advance.
Air conditioning in all rooms of the apartment.

Important: in the case of bookings of 30 nights or more, a seasonal rental contract will need to be signed.
Respect: In order to ensure good coexistence and respect for the neighbours and residents, this apartment is equipped with a 24-hour noise monitoring system. Guests are required to comply with the established rest hours at all times.
The check-in process involves mandatory online registration of each guest prior to accessing the apartment. Please note that a late check-in from 21:00 to 02:00 incurs a supplement of 50 EUR, which must be paid in cash.
