Located next to one of the most commercial streets par excellence in Madrid, it is a perfect accommodation option for both tourist and corporate visits, as it is also very well connected to any point in the city.
The Retreat III Apartment:
With a capacity for 8 people, this apartment has been selected for the high quality of its finishes, decoration and good distribution. The result is a classy and very cozy apartment. The apartment has 3 bedrooms, all of them with double beds and two bathrooms with a bathtub. All good quality beds for a good rest.
The apartment has a complete kitchen equipped with all the necessary equipment for a very comfortable and perfect stay, in addition the apartment has heating, high-speed internet, dishwasher and washing machine.
The crib is subject to availability. Please advise at least 5 days in advance.
Air conditioning in all rooms of the apartment.
To take into consideration:
We respect: for the purpose of a good coexistence and respect for neighbors and residents, this apartment is equipped with a 24-hour noise monitoring system. Guests are required to comply with the established rest hours at all times.
The check-in process implies a mandatory online registration of each guest prior to accessing the apartment. Please note that late check-in from 21:00 to 02:00 carries a surcharge of EUR 50 that has to be paid in cash.
Please contact our team 48 hours before your arrival and carefully follow the instructions made available to you at all times. Mit House is not responsible for any delay in entering the apartment due to not having carried out said process beforehand.
