This apartment is situated on an emblematic street in the historical part of Madrid just five minutes walking distance from the Prado Museum and the Plaza de Neptuno. The location is perfect.
Whoever chooses this apartment will be delighted. The apartment has been recently renovated and refurbished giving it a light, fresh and clean aspect.
The Apartment:
The Prado III Apartment is the perfect place with its 2 bedrooms and two full bathrooms for all guests whether they may be family, friends or business persons. The apartment is located in an old building with a beautiful façade and the interior of the building has been completely renovated. The apartment is on the first floor and has an elevator.
White and light colors play the main role in the decoration of this comfortable apartment.
The apartment has all the amenities you might need for the perfect stay such as air-conditioning, independent heating, internet and, of course, all the modern kitchen appliances needed for a pleasurable stay.
The master bedroom has a queen sized bed while the second bedroom has 2 individual beds. The comfortable living room consists of two black elegant armchairs and a 3 person sofa. The new flat-screen television has all of the local channels. A relaxing time can be assured.
This apartment does not have private parking; however, you will find public parking within 250 meters. The apartment does not have air conditioning.
The crib is subject to availability. Please advise at least 5 days in advance.
To take into consideration:
We respect: for the purpose of a good coexistence and respect for neighbors and residents, this apartment is equipped with a 24-hour noise monitoring system. Guests are required to comply with the established rest hours at all times.
The check-in process implies a mandatory online registration of each guest prior to accessing the apartment. Please note that late check-in from 21:00 to 02:00 carries a surcharge of EUR 50 that has to be paid in cash.
Please contact our team 48 hours before your arrival and carefully follow the instructions made available to you at all times. Mit House is not responsible for any delay in entering the apartment due to not having carried out said process beforehand.
Access to the apartment: this apartment is located within the area called MADRID CENTRAL with restricted access to road traffic. Keep in mind that, to access the apartment in a private vehicle, you must have the corresponding approval from the Municipal Directorate General of Traffic (DGT). Otherwise you can only access the apartment on foot, or by public transport, taxi or VTC. Mit House is not responsible for any municipal sanctions in this regard
