The apartment is located next to Calle de Atocha, just a few minutes' walk from Calle Mayor, Paseo de Recoletos or Plaza de Santa Ana, in an area that is currently undergoing a major revitalisation process. Its streets offer a combination of tradition and innovation: typical local spots seamlessly blend with fashionable shops, theatres, fancy bars and restaurants for all tastes.
The apartment:
This apartment is located in a building with no lift that has been completely renovated in 2019. Great attention was paid to the original architectural features of the building, that were restored in keeping with tradition and classic Madrilenian style.
The apartment is located on the 3rd floor and can accommodate up to 6 people.
It boasts a spotless design merging beauty, charm and comfort.
The sleeping area comes with two bedrooms separated by floor-to-ceiling glass dividers that provide a sense of visual amplitude. At night, curtains can be drawn for maximum privacy. One of the bedrooms is provided with a double bed, while the other has two single beds. The living room is equipped with a double sofa bed.
There is a full bathroom with a shower and a half-bathroom.
The apartment is equipped with all the comforts of modern living: Wi-fi, air conditioning and heating, Smart TV, dishwasher, washing machine, etc ...
For a truly luxury stay.
The apartment does not have private parking; however, public parking facilities can be found within 180 meters of the apartment.

The crib is subject to availability. Please advise at least 5 days in advance.
To take into consideration:
We respect: for the purpose of a good coexistence and respect for neighbors and residents, this apartment is equipped with a 24-hour noise monitoring system. Guests are required to comply with the established rest hours at all times.
The check-in process implies a mandatory online registration of each guest prior to accessing the apartment. It will be essential to have a mobile device and internet on the phone to access the apartment.
Please contact our team 48 hours before your arrival and carefully follow the instructions made available to you at all times. Mit House is not responsible for any delay in entering the apartment due to not having carried out said process beforehand.
Access to the apartment: this apartment is located within the area called MADRID CENTRAL with restricted access to road traffic. Keep in mind that, to access the apartment in a private vehicle, you must have the corresponding approval from the Municipal Directorate General of Traffic (DGT). Otherwise you can only access the apartment on foot, or by public transport, taxi or VTC. Mit House is not responsible for any municipal sanctions in this regard

Arriving to the location is very easy from the metro, and is excellent walking distance to all major points in Madrid. The apartment is close to the Calle atocha which has a ton of great places to eat, and it’s in the center making it equidistant frosee more
Arriving to the location is very easy from the metro, and is excellent walking distance to all major points in Madrid. The apartment is close to the Calle atocha which has a ton of great places to eat, and it’s in the center making it equidistant from old Madrid and modern Madrid. The apartment is small however for a group of three girls it was great. The large table in the middle of the apartment was a great gathering place. The smart tv was great for downtime, had plenty of apps and music. The 1/2 bath is very tiny and was only used when necessary so don’t count on it being super functional but the main bathroom has plenty of space and a large shower. The bedrooms are small, one with no wardrobe storage however the second has three areas. I don’t suggest this apartment for more than 3 adults, but 2 adults and several kids or teenagers should fit just fine. Kitchen is completely functional, with a washer. The water is very hot and the heater works well.

The apartment doesn’t have an espresso maker and lacks wardrobe storage for the second room. The instructions for the heater were incorrect in the visitors website, and the electric lock isn’t easy to use. It smelt dank when we first arrived so the asee more
