Its streets offer a combination of tradition and innovation: typical local spots seamlessly blend with fashionable shops, theatres, fancy bars and restaurants for all tastes.
The apartment:
This apartment is located in a building with no lift that has been completely renovated in 2019. Great attention was paid to the original architectural features of the building, that were restored in keeping with tradition and classic Madrilenian style.
The apartment is located on the 3rd floor and can accommodate up to 4 people.
It boasts a spotless design merging beauty, charm and comfort.
The double bedroom is separated from the living room by a floor-to-ceiling glass divider that provides a sense of visual amplitude. At night, curtains can be drawn for maximum privacy. The living room is equipped with a double sofa bed.
The bathroom comes with a shower.
The apartment is equipped with all the comforts of modern living: Wi-fi, air conditioning and heating, Smart TV, dishwasher, washing machine, etc ...

The apartment does not have private parking; however, public parking facilities can be found within 180 meters of the apartment.
The crib is subject to availability. Please advise at least 5 days in advance.

Otherwise you can only access the apartment on foot, or by public transport, taxi or VTC. Mit House is not responsible for any municipal sanctions in this regard
