Located next to Atocha street. Just a few minutes walk from the main street, Paseo de Recoletos or Plaza de Santa Ana. A very fashionable area for being in the process of renovation. Between its streets the people of Madrid of all life, and the most typical places of the city, with the trendiest hotels and hostels, or shops, cafes, theaters and restaurants of all kinds mix.
Apartment:
This apartment is part of a building completely renovated in 2019 without elevator in which great efforts have been made to preserve, and give brightness and color to the original construction elements that are part of the tradition and charm of Madrid.
The apartment is on the first floor.
The apartment, with an impeccable innovative design, will surprise you with its aesthetics, convenience and great comfort. It is accessed through a direct door to the apartment. It has 2 rooms separated by glass partitions up to the ceiling that are darkened with curtains to the floor and that give spaciousness to the space. A complete bathroom with shower. With capacity for 6 people, there are two bedrooms with double beds and a double sofa bed in the living room.
The apartment has all the comforts, Wifi, Air Conditioning and independent heating, Smart TV, dishwasher and washing machine.
For a stay of pure luxury.
This apartment does not have private parking. However, you will find a public car park within 180 meters of the apartment.

The crib is subject to availability. Please advise at least 5 days in advance.

We respect: for the purpose of a good coexistence and respect for neighbors and residents, this apartment is equipped with a 24-hour noise monitoring system. Guests are required to comply with the established rest hours at all times.
The check-in process implies a mandatory online registration of each guest prior to accessing the apartment. It will be essential to have a mobile device and internet on the phone to access the apartment.

Keep in mind that, to access the apartment in a private vehicle, you must have the corresponding approval from the Municipal Directorate General of Traffic (DGT). Otherwise you can only access the apartment on foot, or by public transport, taxi or VTC. Mit House is not responsible for any municipal sanctions in this regard
