The apartment is located next to Calle de Atocha, just a few minutes' walk from Calle Mayor, Paseo de Recoletos or Plaza de Santa Ana, in an area undergoing renovation. Along its streets, the people of Madrid and the most typical places in the city mix with shops, theatres, trendy bars and restaurants of all kinds.
The apartment:
This apartment is located in a building without a lift that has been completely renovated in 2019. The renovation carried out has made great efforts to preserve and highlight the original construction elements that are part of the tradition and charm of Madrid.
The building's entrance leads to a glass door (for the exclusive use of the guests of Patio I and II apartments) that opens onto the building's inner courtyard. The apartment door is on the left, after going down a small step.
The apartment, characterised by an impeccable innovative design, surprises with its aesthetics, comfort and cosiness.
It has two bedrooms and two full bathrooms with showers. It has a double bedroom, a bedroom with two single beds and a double sofa bed in the living room.
The apartment is equipped with all the amenities: wifi, independent air conditioning and heating, Smart TV, dishwasher, washing machine, etc...
For a truly luxurious stay.
The cot is subject to availability. Please notify us no later than 5 days in advance.

To keep in mind:
Important: in the case of bookings of 30 nights or more, a seasonal rental contract will need to be signed.
Respect: In order to ensure good coexistence and respect for the neighbours and residents, this apartment is equipped with a 24-hour noise monitoring system. Guests are required to comply with the established rest hours at all times.
The check-in process involves mandatory online registration of each guest prior to accessing the apartment. It will be essential to have a mobile device and internet on the phone to access the apartment.
Please contact our team 48 hours before your arrival and follow the instructions provided to you at all times. Mit House is not responsible for any delay in entering the apartment for not having carried out this prior process.
Access to the apartment: this apartment is located within the MADRID CENTRAL area with restricted vehicle access. Please note that to access the apartment by private vehicle you must have the corresponding homologation from the municipal Traffic Management Department (DGT). Otherwise, you can only access the apartment on foot, or by public transport, taxi or VTC. Mit House is not responsible for any municipal fines in this regard.
