Entering the building is a delight, its decoration has been carried out with all the details trying to preserve the old and valuable and incorporating the latest technology. At the entrance, a hall with stairs leading to the new, elegantly decorated lift.
The Apartment:
Designed with 3 clear premises: comfort, practicality and aesthetics. This is a 3-bedroom luxury apartment, where the spaces have been maximised so that each room is always pleasant. The living room is spacious and has a dining table and a large double sofa bed facing the latest technology smart TV and 3D. The kitchen is right at the entrance next to the living room. It is very practical and fully equipped. Behind the living room is the corridor that leads to the three bedrooms, all with capacity for 2 people. For the first two, both with a window overlooking a bright interior courtyard, a latest design of a bunk/loft bed has been chosen, which allows for 2 beds, one on top of the other or just one if kept unopened. Very comfortable and safe. The master bedroom at the end of the corridor has the second bathroom incorporated, also with a modern and spacious shower. The bedroom with a double bed has windows overlooking a fabulous and very quiet patio. The apartment has another bathroom with the same characteristics as the previous one. High-speed independent internet included in the price.
This apartment does not have private parking. However, you will find a public car park about 50 metres from the apartment.
The cot is subject to availability. Please notify us no later than 5 days in advance.
Air conditioning in all rooms of the apartment.
The building has been renovated in 2023.

The neighbourhood: Comfort, design and quality La Latina is a lively neighbourhood located on the site of a medieval Islamic fortress, a labyrinth of narrow streets with numerous tapas bars and taverns. The Royal Basilica of San Francisco el Grande, with works by Goya, and the Church of San Pedro el Viejo, which has a Mudéjar tower, are two of the landmarks of the neighbourhood. On Sundays, both the El Rastro flea market and the cafes and street food stalls in the area are filled with visitors. This apartment is located in the city centre, just a few metres from the La Latina metro station. La Latina is one of the best areas in Madrid for tapas: here you will find very traditional restaurants and bars, as well as completely innovative ones. It is the ideal place to have an aperitif on Sundays and perfect if you want to do some shopping at the Rastro, a very varied open-air market.
