Located in a high-quality building, this apartment meets any expectations one might have: a central location well connected to all of Madrid, being in a safe area with nice surroundings and service area, having good quality for comfort and being fully equipped.
The building is located in the Chamberí area, recently renovated, on a wide street with large sidewalks and not too much traffic, well renovated and decorated. Equipped with a lift and internet.
The Apartment:
This fantastic apartment with capacity for six people has been recently renovated in line with the latest trends in decoration and design: wooden floors, French-style furniture, light grey tones and pastel colours.
The living room, with access to a balcony that provides generous natural light, has a comfortable double sofa bed and direct access to a fully equipped kitchen, designed to make the most of the space. It has a comfortable work island with a designer stool used as a dining bar.
The main bedroom has a double bed, a nice balcony and large built-in wardrobes. The second bedroom, accessed from the kitchen, has two single beds, a three-door built-in wardrobe and a window overlooking the quiet inner courtyard. The bathroom is of good size and very well equipped. The apartment has independent heating, internet, Smart TV and everything necessary to enjoy a comfortable stay.
This apartment does not have private parking. However, you will find a public car park about 50 metres from the apartment.
The cot is subject to availability. Please notify us no later than 5 days in advance.
Air conditioning in all rooms of the apartment.
The building has been renovated in 2023.
To keep in mind:
Important: in the case of bookings of 30 nights or more, a seasonal rental contract will need to be signed.
Respect: In order to ensure good coexistence and respect for the neighbours and residents, this apartment is equipped with a 24-hour noise monitoring system. Guests are required to comply with the established rest hours at all times.
The check-in process involves mandatory online registration of each guest prior to accessing the apartment. It will be essential to have a mobile device and internet on your phone to access the apartment.
Please contact our team 48 hours before your arrival and follow the instructions provided to you at all times. MIT House is not responsible for any delay in entering the apartment for not having carried out this prior process.
