A beautiful penthouse with a terrace for two people. Perfect for any visit to Madrid and especially for long stays due to its great comfort. The apartment has a separate bedroom and a living room with access to a wonderful terrace with the best orientation and sun almost all day, with outdoor furniture and a retractable awning, so it can be enjoyed all year round. A luxury!
The apartment's decor is ideal, with quality furniture and great elegance in pastel tones, with great attention to all the small details to make it a comfortable and very practical place. A king-size double bed of 1.80 m, convertible to 2 single beds. Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and washer-dryer as well as all small appliances.
An apartment with air conditioning, and protected with double-glazed windows, quiet, and warm. Equipped with internet and the latest audiovisual technology, smart TV and 3D. A luxury that you won't find anywhere else. This apartment does not have private parking. However, you will find a public car park about 50 metres from the apartment.
The cot is subject to availability. Please notify us a maximum of 5 days in advance.
