This bright building is in an outstanding street with wide pavements, excellent transport connections to anywhere in the city, and lots of shops, restaurants and everything else you might need to enjoy Madrid to the full.
The Apartment:
This lovely apartment is a superb attic apartment for two with terrace that is perfect for any trip to Madrid and ideal for long stays in unbeatable comfort. The apartment has a separate bedroom and a living room that opens out onto a fantastically positioned terrace that catches the sun almost all day long.
Thanks to the outside furniture and a removable awning, you can enjoy this great spot all year round — a real treat! The apartment is decorated in style with high-quality furniture and delicate pastel colours, with careful attention paid to every last detail to create a comfortable and practical space. A very large double bed of 180cm can be converted into two single beds if you wish.
The fully equipped kitchen has a dishwasher and washing–drying machine, amongst many other handy household appliances. The flat is fitted with air conditioning and double-glazed windows to ensure it is warm and quiet. It also has an internet connection, smart TV and state-of-the-art 3D audiovisual technology — amazing luxury you won’t find anywhere else.This apartment does not have private parking; however, you will find public parking within 50 meters.
The crib is subject to availability. Please advise at least 5 days in advance.
