Known as one of the most important business areas of Madrid due to the large presence of offices in the area. It is, however, also an important residential area, so access to leisure centres, offices, restaurants, and the most important leisure centres is unbeatable.
Just a few metres from the Paseo de la Castellana and also very close to the famous Santiago Bernabéu stadium, it is a perfect location and very well connected to any part of the city.
The Apartment:
Located in a building with many high-quality apartments with 24-hour security and concierge, 4 lifts, night-time rubbish collection and next to a public car park. The apartment also has an optional private parking space.
It is an apartment with a fantastic skyline of the northern part of the city as it is on the 15th floor and has a north-facing terrace with spectacular views of the mountains, especially at night.
The apartment has been completely renovated in 2016, both in terms of structure and layout, as well as its equipment, with the best quality finishes.
With capacity for 2 people, it has a separate bedroom, a large living room with an integrated kitchen and a work area with a desk, as well as a bathroom with a chromotherapy (colour bath) system in the shower, and a toilet with a separate tap-type bidet.
The decoration has been designed with the utmost attention to detail and the furniture combines high-quality modern pieces and original designs with valuable antique pieces. A perfect combination in line with the latest trends that will be a delight for its occupants.
