This apartment is located right in the centre of Madrid, between the Austrias and Latina neighbourhoods, in the oldest and most beautiful part of the city. It enjoys an excellent location on the Plaza de Cascorro with Calle Duque de Alba, just metres from the Mercado de la Cebada, Calle Toledo and Plaza Mayor. The Rastro, a traditional open-air market, is held on Sundays in the vicinity of the apartment. On this day, traffic is closed until midday.
Latina is a must-see neighbourhood in Madrid. It is one of the most authentic places in the city, with tapas bars and restaurants and many places of artistic interest. Strolling through its little streets is a real delight. From this area, it is very easy to reach the Prado Museum, the Thyssen Museum or the Botanical Garden on a pleasant walk.
The Apartment:
A charming place with a personal touch. Pleasant, cosy, comfortable, bright, spectacular, with views, well-equipped, a delightful apartment in the heart of Madrid that will make any stay an unforgettable moment. It is located on the fourth floor in a building with a lift. The apartment can accommodate 5 people.
The master bedroom has a comfortable double bed and built-in wardrobes, as well as an en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom has 2 single beds, built-in wardrobes and an en-suite bathroom with views of the exterior of the building. The third bedroom guarantees peace and quiet, as it overlooks the interior courtyard and consists of a single bed, a desk and an open wardrobe.
Without a doubt, the living room is a protagonist of the house. The dining area is separated with a large table for all diners, the modern kitchen is equipped with everything necessary, and the relaxation area has a double sofa, a rattan chair and a SmartTV. From this area we find the additional bathroom with a toilet.
The house has a shine and a touch of colour that will make your stay even more welcoming.
The apartment has soundproofed windows and air conditioning in all the main rooms.
A cot is subject to availability. Please notify us no later than 5 days in advance.
