Description
Famous for its lively social life, both day and night, for its well-known bars and restaurants and for the multitude of iconic monuments and buildings in Madrid such as the Royal Palace, the Almudena Cathedral, the Plaza Mayor or the famous El Rastro Market, which takes place every Sunday in the Plaza de Cascorro, attracting thousands of Madrilenians of all ages every weekend. It is also surrounded, without the need for long journeys, by a long list of Museums, Cinemas and Theatres.
The apartment is located in a representative building of the architecture of the 1950s that has been completely renovated, leaving only its original facade intact. Original elements have been combined with more modern design elements to give each detail, each apartment, a touch of maximum distinction and elegance. In addition, all apartments have centralised air conditioning in all rooms.
The NoMad apartment is a 95 m2 flat with 3 independent bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with capacity for 7 people. It consists of a very bright master bedroom with a double bed, a bathroom with a beautiful built-in shower and a large built-in wardrobe.
The other rooms have single beds (two beds in one room and one in the other) and in the living room we find a sofa bed for two people. Two large balconies onto the street provide the living room with plenty of light and a fantastic warmth. The bathrooms have showers and towel radiators and a hydraulic-type tile has been used for the bathrooms, giving them a very stylish retro feel.
The cot is subject to availability. Please notify us no later than 5 days in advance.
Air conditioning in all rooms of the apartment.
To be taken into account:
Important: in the case of bookings of 30 nights or more, a seasonal rental contract will need to be signed.
Respect: In order to ensure good coexistence and respect for the neighbours and residents, this apartment is equipped with a 24-hour noise monitoring system. Guests are required to comply with the established rest hours at all times.
The check-in process involves mandatory online registration of each guest prior to accessing the apartment. It will be essential to have a mobile device and internet on the phone to access the apartment.
Please contact our team 48 hours before your arrival and follow the instructions provided to you at all times. MIT House is not responsible for any delay in entering the apartment for not having carried out this prior process.
Access to the apartment: this apartment is located within the MADRID CENTRAL Area with restricted vehicle access. Please note that in order to access the apartment by private vehicle, you must have the corresponding approval from the Municipal Traffic Directorate (DGT). Otherwise, you can only access the apartment on foot, or by public transport, taxi or VTC. MIT House is not responsible for any municipal fines in this regard.
