This apartment is located in the La Latina neighbourhood, brimming with charm and one of the favourites of visitors and locals alike, who flock to its bars, restaurants and outdoor cafes, as well as its numerous iconic buildings and places of interest. Museums, cinemas and theatres offering a wide range of cultural entertainment are just a few minutes' walk away.
The apartment has two bedrooms, a full bathroom, a living room, a fully equipped kitchen and a spectacular private terrace.
The larger bedroom has a double bed and built-in wardrobe. The other bedroom is also a double. The living room has a double sofa bed that is easy to open. The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, washing machine, oven, microwave and fridge, among other appliances.
There is independent air conditioning and heating in all rooms to ensure optimal comfort. The perfect choice!
