Description
Famous for its lively social life, both day and night, for its well-known bars and restaurants and for the many monuments and iconic buildings of Madrid such as the Royal Palace, the Almudena Cathedral, the Plaza Mayor or the famous El Rastro flea market, which takes place every Sunday in the Plaza de Cascorro, attracting thousands of Madrilenians of all ages every weekend. It is also surrounded, without the need for long journeys, by a long list of Museums, Cinemas and Theatres.
The apartment:
The NoMad building has been completely renovated to offer apartments of exceptional quality in all materials and extraordinary comfort, well above average. Centralised air conditioning on all floors and magnetic entry keys with electrical supply control are just some examples of the effort we put in to ensure your stay is perfect.
The apartment is a superb, very bright 2-bedroom penthouse with capacity for 6 people.
The apartment also has 1 full bathroom with shower and 2 private terraces, one with access from the living room and the other from the kitchen, which give the apartment spectacular brightness. In the living room we find a dining table for 6 people and a comfortable sofa bed that is easy to open for 2 people. In the kitchen we have all kinds of appliances that will make your life easier (fridge, oven, microwave, washing machine, dishwasher). In addition, the property has air conditioning in all rooms as well as individual heating. A real luxury right in the centre of Madrid!

Otherwise, you can only access the apartment on foot, by public transport, taxi or VTC. MIT House is not responsible for any municipal fines in this regard.
