Description
This apartment is located in the popular La Latina neighbourhood, perhaps the oldest and most characteristic area of Madrid, where locals carry out their daily activities while visitors flock to enjoy its endless charms. It has many of the city's most famous tourist attractions and many excellent restaurants, not to mention its wide range of cultural activities. The apartment is a 5-minute walk from places of interest such as Plaza Mayor, Puerta del Sol, the Prado Museum and the Reina Sofía Museum, among many others.
The NoMad building dates from the 1950s, although only its original facade and exterior architectural features remain. The modern building combines elegant decorative elements with a modern design in its furnishings and decor.
The NoMad 4 apartment is a new flat with all the latest amenities for a perfect stay. There is air conditioning in all rooms, individual heating and a fully equipped kitchen with new appliances.
There are three bedrooms: a master bedroom with a double bed and two bedrooms with two single beds. The two bathrooms have built-in showers and are stylishly decorated (one is en-suite in the master bedroom). The living-dining room has a table for six people and a sofa that converts into a double bed.
The cot is subject to availability. Please notify us no later than 5 days in advance.

Modern and comfortable, just a few minutes from Azca- Financial District Located in the Cuatro Caminos area in the Tetuán district, a popular and multicultural residential neighbourhood in the northern part of the city with a long tradition. This is a building located very close to Bravo Murillo Street and Avenida de la Reina Victoria, which has an excellent location, especially for visitors staying in Madrid for a period of time, due to its proximity and good connection to the university campus; Plaza de Castilla; the Orense financial district, where the iconic Picasso Tower is located; the Corte Inglés on Paseo de la Castellana, the largest and most complete in Spain; as well as many other shops and shopping centres.
