Apartment in La Latina, one of the liveliest neighbourhoods in Madrid.
Its streets are full of life and charming restaurants offering all kinds of high-quality cuisine, from traditional Spanish food to creative and modern dishes. It is full of tourist attractions, such as the Royal Palace, the Almudena Cathedral, the Plaza Mayor, the Puerta del Sol (whose famous clock chimes on New Year's Eve), as well as many museums (Reina Sofía Museum, Prado Museum, Thyssen-Bornemisza Museum), cinemas and theatres, just a part of the city's wide cultural offer.
This magnificent apartment is located in a 1950s building that has been completely renovated to combine original elements with modern touches. Each apartment also has central air conditioning.
The NoMad 2 apartment is a modern 93 m2 three-bedroom apartment that can comfortably accommodate up to seven people. The master bedroom has a double bed; another bedroom has two single beds; and the remaining bedroom has a single bed. There are durable porcelain floors throughout and air conditioning in all rooms.
There are two bathrooms, both with built-in showers and clad in colourful cement tiles to give them a classic feel that highlights the modern touches. In the living/dining room there is a table for six and a double sofa bed. The kitchen is equipped with all the necessary appliances for a perfect stay (fridge, oven, microwave, washing machine, dishwasher and hob).
The cot is subject to availability. Please notify us no later than 5 days in advance.

Respect: In order to ensure good coexistence and respect for the neighbours and residents, this apartment is equipped with a 24-hour noise monitoring system. Guests are required to comply with the established rest hours at all times.

Modern and comfortable, just a few minutes from Azca- Financial District Located in the Cuatro Caminos area in the Tetuán district, a popular and multicultural residential neighbourhood in the northern part of the city with a long tradition. This is a building located very close to Bravo Murillo Street and Avenida de la Reina Victoria, which has an excellent location, especially for visitors staying in Madrid for a period of time, due to its proximity and good connection to the university campus; Plaza de Castilla; the Orense financial district, where the iconic Picasso Tower is located; the Corte Inglés on Paseo de la Castellana, the largest and most complete in Spain; as well as many other shops and shopping centres. This is a neighbourhood in full development with a lot of commercial offer and an impressive life where tradition and modernity are mixed. Opposite is the well-known Mercado de Maravillas, one of the largest food markets in Europe where many of the best chefs in the city acquire their products. An excellent location for students, executives and also tourists. The Apartment: This apartment is located on the first floor and has the perfect capacity for 7 people. It has three beautiful bedrooms, two with double beds and one with a single bed, and also has two full bathrooms with showers. It was very noisy at night in the bedroom closer to the street.
The quality of the Wifi was varying.
We sometimes had trouble opening the front door, the app was working well but we had to wait for around one minute for the door to open.
