It is a residential neighborhood that borders the Quinta de Torre Arias park, a landscape space populated by almond and cedar trees that surround a century-old palace. The area is also home to Canillejas Park, which has an open-air auditorium where music concerts and cultural festivals are held; and the Cívitas Metropolitano Stadium, training base of the famous Atlético Madrid soccer team.
This zone has a fast and comfortable connection with the center of Madrid and the rest of the city thanks to the Canillejas bus interchange and the Torre Arias and Canillejas metro stations (direct line to Gran Vía).

The living room, with a modern style and functional design, includes a comfortable three-seater sofa that can be converted into a double sofa bed and a smart TV. This space in turn integrates the dining area and a wonderful open American-style kitchen, equipped with all the necessary utensils and appliances to offer a pleasant experience to our guests.
It has three comfortable bedrooms specially decorated to offer a cozy and relaxed atmosphere: the main one with a double bed and private balcony; the second with two single beds; and the third with a double bed. Likewise, this wonderful apartment has two large and modern bathrooms with shower.
The apartment has Wifi.
Air conditioning and heating in all rooms of the apartment.

Respect: In order to ensure good coexistence and respect for neighbors and residents, this apartment is equipped with a 24-hour noise monitoring system. Guests are required to comply with established rest hours at all times.
The check-in process involves a mandatory online registration of each guest, prior to accessing the apartment. Please note that a late check-in from 21:00 to 02:00 carries a supplement of EUR 50, which must be paid in cash.
