In addition to historically being one of the most traditional residential areas of Madrid, Canillejas is currently one of the most developed sectors of Madrid, thanks to the tranquility it offers to its residents, its interesting real estate and commercial offer and its close location to strategic places. of the city such as the Adolfo Suárez Madrid-Barajas Airport and the IFEMA Madrid exhibition center.
It is a residential neighborhood that borders the Quinta de Torre Arias park, a landscape space populated by almond and cedar trees that surround a century-old palace. The area is also home to Canillejas Park, which has an open-air auditorium where music concerts and cultural festivals are held; and the famous Metropolitan Stadium, training base of Atlético Madrid, one of the best teams in Spain.
Likewise, this area has a fast and comfortable connection with the center of Madrid and the rest of the city thanks to the Canillejas bus interchange and the Torre Arias and Canillejas metro stations (direct line to Gran Vía).

This bright and cozy apartment is located on the first floor of a quiet building without elevator and has capacity for up to 6 guests.
The spacious living room, which in turn integrates the dining area, has a large and pleasant balcony, a Smart TV and a double sofa bed. The spacious kitchen is fully equipped with all appliances and implements and also has a pleasant balcony that brings a lot of light to the space.
The accommodation has two comfortable rooms, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds. It also has a spacious and modern bathroom with a shower.
The apartment has air conditioning in all spaces.
