Canillejas is historically one of the oldest towns in the Community of Madrid. It is a residential neighborhood that adjoins the Quinta de Torre Arias park, a landscape space populated by almond and cedar trees that surround a centenary palace. Nearby is the Canillejas park, with an open-air auditorium where pop music concerts and a cultural festival are held in September. There are several places of worship, such as the Parroquia de Santa María la Blanca, famous for its wooden ceiling engraved with intricate Mudejar-style motifs, the Estadio Metropolitano, the training base of one of the best teams in Spain – Atlético Madrid and site of the most important parties, Parque La Quinta de los Molinos with its spectacular almond trees in bloom in the spring season. A few meters away is the Canillejas bus interchange that takes you to any point in Madrid in a few moments.
Apartment:
Metropolitano is a spacious and cozy apartment that has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms of the highest quality. Decorated in a modern and comfortable style, looking for comfortable and very practical spaces without opting for a certain style in order to please all types of clients.
The apartment is on the third floor with great views from the bright living room that overlooks the bus station square. The living room has a double sofa bed and a SmartTV where you can connect accounts such as Netflix, Prime Video, HBO and etc. There is also an Air Conditioning. You can access the jewel of the apartment - the terrace to enjoy the views of the neighborhood.
The main room is exterior and is connected to the living room, it is very bright and has a double bed with bedside tables, a wardrobe to store clothes and an air conditioner. The other two rooms, bathrooms and kitchen face interior patios, resulting in a very calm and quiet apartment in them. One of the rooms hastwo comfortable single beds, a desk, air conditioning and a closet, the other has two single beds that can be pushed together for greater comfort, an air conditioner, a chest of drawers, and a closet.
The bathrooms are newly renovated in a modern and clean style that offers great hygienic aspect.
The kitchen is very well equipped for the delights of any cook, it also has a large dining table for 8 people.
The entire apartment is newly renovated with the latest modern touches.
