This cosy apartment is located in the trendiest neighbourhood of Madrid.
An area with lively streets and lots of style, with dozens of businesses and shops of all kinds, restaurants with local and international cuisine, bars with a lot of Madrilenian character and cinemas.
Its exceptional location in the centre of Madrid and its excellent connectivity allow you to reach iconic tourist sites of the city such as Plaza de España, Gran Vía and Sol in just a few minutes.
The apartment:
This spacious apartment can accommodate up to eight guests and is located on the first floor of a building without a lift.
The accommodation has three excellent bedrooms with double beds, two full bathrooms with showers and a toilet. The main bedroom has one of the bathrooms and a lovely French-style balcony.
The spacious living room has a double sofa bed, a Smart TV and exquisite modern-style decor that, together with the two beautiful French-style balconies, give distinction, light and a lot of style to the whole space. The fully equipped kitchen, with everything necessary to ensure a comfortable stay, also integrates a high bar-style dining table for the greater comfort of our guests.
The property has Wifi.
The cot is subject to availability. Please notify us no later than 5 days in advance.

Important: in the case of bookings of 30 nights or more, a seasonal rental contract will need to be signed.
Respect: In order to ensure good coexistence and respect for the neighbours and residents, this apartment is equipped with a 24-hour noise monitoring system. Guests are required to comply with the established rest hours at all times.
The check-in process involves mandatory online registration of each guest prior to accessing the apartment. The keys to the apartment will be delivered directly at our offices on Calle Augusto Figueroa 4, local bajo, between 3:00 pm and 7:00 pm.
If you arrive after 7:00 pm, remember to call at least 30 minutes in advance to ensure that someone is available to receive you directly at the apartment to hand over the key.
The check-in process involves mandatory online registration of each guest prior to accessing the apartment. Please note that a late check-in from 9:00 pm to 2:00 am incurs a supplement of 50 EUR that must be paid in cash.
Please contact our team 48 hours before your arrival and follow the instructions provided to you at all times. MIT House is not responsible for any delay in accessing the apartment for not having carried out this prior process.

Please note that to access the apartment by private vehicle you must have the corresponding homologation from the municipal Traffic Management Directorate (DGT). Otherwise, you can only access the apartment on foot, or by public transport, taxi or VTC. MIT House is not responsible for any municipal fines in this regard.
