The accommodation has a comfortable room with a double bed, two bedside tables with designer lamps and custom cabinets. The bathroom has a comfortable shower and has an innovative and comfortable design.
The kitchen, the living room and the dining room are integrated into a single environment endowed with an elegant and very pleasant minimalist style. The kitchen has a comfortable layout and is fully equipped. The living room has a double sofa bed, an armchair, a designer chair and a television.
The crib is subject to availability. Please advise at least 5 days in advance.

Respect: With the aim of a good coexistence and respect for the neighbors and residents, this apartment is equipped with a 24-hour noise monitoring system. Guests are obliged to comply with the rest hours established at all times.
he check-in process involves a mandatory online registration of each guest, prior to accessing the apartment. The keys to the apartment will be delivered directly to our offices in Calle Augusto Figueroa 4, 3:00 p.m. and 7:00 p.m.
If you arrive after 7:00 p.m., remember to call at least 30 minutes in advance to ensure that someone is available to meet you directly at the apartment to hand over the keys.
The check-in process implies a mandatory online registration of each guest, prior to accessing the apartment. Please take into consideration that a late check-in from 21:00 to 02:00 carries a surcharge of EUR 50 to be paid in cash.
Please contact our team 48 hours before your arrival and carefully follow the instructions made available to you at all times. MIT House is not responsible for any delay in entering the apartment due to not having carried out said prior process.

Keep in mind that, to access the apartment in a private vehicle, you must have the corresponding approval from the General Directorate of Municipal Traffic (DGT). Otherwise you can only access the apartment on foot, or by public transport, taxi or VTC. Mit House is not responsible for any municipal sanction in this regard.
