Located in a completely renovated old building, the apartment is less than a five-minute walk from the PLAZA DE TOROS DE LAS VENTAS, Francisco Silvela avenue, Manuel Becerra square and Alcalá or Goya streets. An excellent location for residents and visitors as it is a highly valued area, very well connected by metro and bus (L2 and L5), full of services such as pharmacies, shops, gyms, food markets and a wide range of hotels where you can find typical bars. tapas with pleasant terraces.
