A luxury apartment in an excellent area that enjoys tranquility
Excellent very quiet apartment, located in a central and well-known neighbourhood of Madrid next to the Salamanca district. Located in a completely renovated old building, the apartment is less than a five-minute walk from the LAS VENTAS BULLRING, Francisco Silvela Avenue, Plaza de Manuel Becerra and the streets of Alcalá or Goya. An excellent location for residents and visitors as it is a highly valued, very well connected by metro and bus (L2 and L5), full of services such as pharmacies, shops, gyms, a food market and a wide range of hospitality where you can find typical tapas bars with pleasant terraces.
The apartment:
Located on the third floor, the recently renovated apartment with high quality has fantastic light coming from a large and pleasant interior courtyard with views, consists of 95m2 distributed in a large kitchen with dining room at the entrance and an adjoining living room as well as 3 bedrooms, 2 of them double and one single. The main bedroom with a complete en-suite bathroom with shower and a second complete bathroom.
The apartment has been decorated and furnished with the latest design trends, seeking the maximum comfort of its occupants, good quality of furniture and mattresses that will make any stay very pleasant and cosy.
Equipped with all the comforts in appliances, it has air conditioning throughout the property, central heating and internet.
The building has a ramp to climb the stairs and access the lift.
The cot is subject to availability. Please notify us a maximum of 5 days in advance.
To take into account:
Important: in the case of bookings of 30 nights or more, a seasonal rental contract will need to be signed.
Respect: In order to ensure good coexistence and respect for the neighbours and residents, this apartment is equipped with a 24-hour noise monitoring system. Guests are required to comply with the established rest hours at all times.
The check-in process involves a mandatory online registration of each guest prior to accessing the apartment. Check-in from 21:00 to 02:00 carries a supplement of 50 EUR.
Please contact our team 48 hours before your arrival and follow the instructions provided to you at all times. Mit House is not responsible for any delay in entering the apartment for not having carried out this prior process.
