Description
This apartment is located in the Las Letras (Huertas) neighbourhood. It is the most charming neighbourhood in Madrid, not only because of its fantastic location and the beautiful architecture of its typically Madrilenian buildings, but because it is a largely pedestrian area: walking through its little streets is a real delight! Surrounded by charming local shops and stores, close to the city's most important museums, it offers an international and cosmopolitan atmosphere.
The apartment:
It is located on the second floor of a small building without a lift. It is an interior apartment but receives a lot of natural light. Quiet and recently renovated, it has been designed to offer its occupants maximum comfort.
It can accommodate 6 people, distributed in a double bedroom, a room with two single beds and a sofa bed in the living room.
The rooms are independent and separated by the living room and a hallway. Both have a full bathroom with a shower and have been decorated with great care to create cosy and up-to-date environments, mixing modern furniture with authentic vintage pieces. The original wallpaper, combined with the blue and yellow of the walls, is simply impeccable.
The living room is ideal: small but well-distributed, it has a wonderful dining table next to the very practical kitchen, and a relaxation area next to the television.
There is Wi-Fi internet and partial air conditioning, enough to cool or heat the entire apartment.
A great choice! This apartment does not have private parking. However, you will find a public car park within about 200 metres of the apartment.
The cot is subject to availability. Please notify us no later than 5 days in advance.
Air conditioning in the living room and one bedroom.
To keep in mind:
Important: in the case of bookings of 30 nights or more, a seasonal rental contract will need to be signed.
Respect: In order to ensure good coexistence and respect for the neighbours and residents, this apartment is equipped with a 24-hour noise monitoring system. Guests are required to comply with the established rest hours at all times.
The check-in process involves a mandatory online registration of each guest prior to accessing the apartment. It will be essential to have a mobile device and internet on your phone to access the apartment.
Please contact our team 48 hours before your arrival and follow the instructions provided to you at all times. Mit House is not responsible for any delay in accessing the apartment for not having carried out this prior process.

Please note that in order to access the apartment by private vehicle, you must have the corresponding homologation from the municipal Traffic Management Department (DGT). Otherwise, you can only access the apartment on foot, or by public transport, taxi or VTC. Mit House is not responsible for any municipal fines in this regard.
