Located in the Barrio de las Letras, traditionally known as Huertas. The area of museums, antique shops and charming cafes. A neighbourhood where any foreigner will feel at home and at the same time experience authentic Madrid.
A safe, central area, between Plaza de Neptuno, Calle Atocha and Plaza Mayor. Full of streets with beautiful restored buildings. Visitors will fall in love with this lively area of Madrid.
The apartment:
Located on a quiet street, in a small building where you can feel good vibes as soon as you enter. The apartment is on the second floor without a lift.
It is an exterior apartment with a separate bedroom. Both the living room and the bedroom have a small balcony onto the street, so it is very bright.
The decor has been carried out with great care, taking care of all the details to make the rooms as pleasant and cosy as possible, an objective more than achieved. For this, colour mixes, quality art pieces and carefully chosen furniture have been used.
It can accommodate 3 people as it has a double bed and a sofa bed in the living room, where a round table has also been set up next to the kitchen to work, read, eat or just chat.
The bedroom is divine. Very romantic. It is next to a full bathroom with a shower at the back.
A fantastic choice that will captivate you.
This apartment does not have private parking. However, you will find a public car park within about 200 metres of the apartment.
The cot is subject to availability. Please notify us no later than 5 days in advance.
Air conditioning in all rooms of the apartment.

Important: in the case of bookings of 30 nights or more, a seasonal rental contract will need to be signed.
Respect: In order to ensure good coexistence and respect for the neighbours and residents, this apartment is equipped with a 24-hour noise monitoring system. Guests are required to comply with the established rest hours at all times.

Otherwise, you can only access the apartment on foot, or by public transport, taxi or VTC. Mit House is not responsible for any municipal fines in this regard.
